Cal Day at UCMP
Boy with microscope Each April, the University of California, Berkeley campus opens its doors to to thousands of visitors who enjoy hands-on activities, lectures, and much more. UCMP participates by offering a variety of activities for paleontology buffs of all ages.

Dates are posted in advance on the official Cal Day website, and on UCMP's Upcoming Events page.

LEFT: Fun with Fossils
Visitors use microscopes to search for Cretaceous microfossils. They find gar scales, turtle shell, and even dinosaur teeth!
