The badlands we worked in were along the banks of the Missouri River and its tributaries, but the area isn't all bare. Away from the river are rolling grasslands, used for ranching cattle and sheep, and also inhabited by pronghorn antelope. While crossing the grass, Barry found this pronghorn pelvis -- and he found an amusing use for it.
