Well, we've left our comfortable Berkeley surroundings to venture out here to the middle of the Pacific. It's been a huge change! Now with the reef right outside the front door, I'm finally learning my tropical invertebrate taxa. The diversity is pretty amazing, and the diving is spectacular. Just hoping that we won't need those typhoon shutters anytime soon!
